4 Try to moderate about drink alcohol because it can cause brain damage .
5 You shoul sleep well because your body needs recover energy for your
daily activities.
6 Visit your Dr for a very good checkup two times in a year.
7 Dont be in stress because it can be the cause of many illness.
8 Drink a lot of water for keep a healthy skin and a good cleaning body.
